Custom your ring in a few simple steps

Craft your unique ring effortlessly on our website. With simple steps, customize a luxurious, one-of-a-kind piece, reflecting your style. Let us join you in creating tailored memories. Enjoy a seamless, creative process to showcase your distinctiveness

Stage 1: Design

Your custom ring design begins with a 3D-printed wax mold. This mold is then coated with "investment" material, baked, and filled with your chosen precious liquid metal. Once cooled, a metal cast of your design is formed.

Stage 2: Polishing

The ring's shape is refined and polished to a brilliant mirror finish using a wheel and buffing compound. The setting, often in two pieces, is then meticulously attached, with claws securely soldered to the band.

Stage 3: Stone Setting

Securely setting stones is crucial for their longevity.

Prepare the Seat: Holes are drilled into the setting, creating a secure "seat" for stones, particularly for side stones or hidden halos.

Create the Gallery: Drilling tools form a "gallery," optimizing sparkle by allowing light entry from the sides.

Setting Accent Stones: Stones are carefully pressed into their seats, with claws individually formed and pressed over each.

Set the Center Stone: The most valuable stone undergoes a secure setting, vital given its exposure to wear.

Stage 4: Final processing

Your ring receives a final polish. If white gold, a rhodium plate enhances durability and provides an ultra-white finish. Rigorous quality control ensures your ring meets the highest standards.

How do I start the process for a custom piece?

What do you need from me to get a quote on a diamond or setting?

For a diamond quote, I'll need the carat size, any specific preferences you have, and your budget. For a setting quote, please share any inspirational photos or design ideas,
the ring size, and your budget.
Do you offer design consultations, and are they free?

Yes! Initial virtual consultations are complimentary, welcometo inquire.
How long does it take to create a custom piece?

Typically, custom pieces take 1 to 2 weeks to complete, dependingon complexity and availability of materials. I'll keep you updated every step of the way!
How long is shipping? Do you ship all around the world?

Normally, orders are shipped within 2 days after production is ccompleted. Unless there are special circumstances, we supportglobal shipping

We offer free shipping for customized products, but some produucts with good prices or promotions don't support free shipping

How long is my quote good for?

Your quote remains valid unless there is an increase in stonee prices, gold or tariffs.
What factors affect the price of a diamond or setting?

Price depends on factors like carat weight, cut, color, clarity, and the complexity of the setting design
Do you charge any fees to source stones?

There's no fee to view stones initially via 360° video. However, iffyou'd like me to pull stones in person for inspection, photos, anad videos, a $100 sourcing fee applies. Once
you select your stone, a 50% deposit is required to begin your ccustom design

Warranty & Care
Do you provide a warranty?

Yes - I provide a one-year warranty from the date you receive yourring. This includes one resize for $50 (may vary), repair or replacemeent of any side stones, tightening
of a loose main stone, and correction of any manufacturing errors ofn my end. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
What's the best way to care for my jewelry?

To keep your piece shining, avoid harsh chemicals, remove jeweelry during physical activities, and clean gently with mild soap and a soft brush
